Formerly an industrial auto manufacturing space in the 19th century, The Canal Street Market is Chinatown’s newest airy retail space offering artisan and handcrafted goods.
The market rotates a carefully curated selection of local vendors ranging from bespoke candles from Keap, to gourmet chocolate from Mast Brothers. An eatery space is set to open next door in January that will include Boba guys, Davey’s Ice Cream, Dessert Lab, Two Tablespoons, Joy Luck Dim Sum and Alidoro- yum!
The 12,000-square-foot space also features a floral shop Fox Fodder Farm, an indoor garden, an art installation space for local artists, and a café.
If you’re in the neighborhood this weekend, head over to 265 Canal Street and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee and browse this week's selection of locally made goods. Canal Street Market will be open 7 days a week from 11:00AM – 8:00PM
